Parking Enforcement

Boot Man Inc. provides professional parking enforcement utilizing vehicle immobilization. Our trained employees identify parking violators and install immobilization devices. We service properties including paid parking lots, retail centers, Apartment/HOA’s and professional office buildings/garages.

Payment Collection

We accept multiple forms of payment at the time of boot removal, including credit card, debit card, and cash. All transactions are documented and recorded through the BootMan application for transparency and record-keeping.

Photo & Video Documentation

Our employees capture photo and video evidence during both boot installation and removal. This documentation protects both property owners and vehicle owners by providing a clear record of the vehicle condition and the enforcement process.

SMS Receipt Service

After payment for boot removal, customers may request a one-time SMS receipt sent directly to their phone number. This is a free, optional service.

How It Works

1. Customer pays the boot removal fee to the Boot Man employee
2. Employee asks the customer: “Would you like to receive your receipt via SMS?”
3. If the customer agrees, they provide their phone number to the employee
4. The employee enters the number into the Boot Man app, where the consent notice is displayed on screen
5. Customer receives a one-time SMS containing a secure link to their receipt

No further messages are sent unless the customer initiates another separate transaction. This is a transactional, one-time SMS only. We do not send marketing, promotional, recurring, or subscription-based messages.
